The Institute is a short series of classes that offer training in certain “core competencies” of the Christian faith - in the areas of Bible, theology, and spiritual formation. Each class is 8 weeks long and will engage you in dynamic lecture, about 1-2 hours of homework during the week, and a chance to interact with others about what you're learning. We’re excited about how these classes can be used by God to help you "Dig Deep. Learn Good. Launch Well." as a disciple of Jesus.

SUMMER SCHOOL - Bible Basics Class

You may have heard phrases like "Biblical authority," being “rooted in God’s Word” and personal Bible study. But what do these mean? And why do they matter? And you may have important questions about engaging the Bible on an individual level. Questions like: Why should I study the Bible in the first place? Where do I begin? How can I get the most out of God’s Word? What does faithful and responsible Bible study look like? If you have ever asked these questions—or others—about God’s Word, then this weekend class is for you!
