Foster families, designated school partners and shoppers referred by designated agencies can buy up to 10 items per month, per child. You'll need a MasterCase number or first time shopper coupon to shop. Our clothing is new and like new. All underwear and socks are new. Our aim is to provide high quality clothes that kids are proud to call their own.
Q: Can I shop at the Care Center?
A: You will need to have a referral in order to shop at Brookside's Care Center. Referrals come from a foster care agency, a refugee resettlement agency, child protective services case workers or one of our school partners. School counselors/social workers distribute coupons to under-resourced families within their school. If you've received this referral and have a coupon, please fill out the back of your coupon before you visit for the first time and fill in "referring agency". Once the children are registered in our system, you won't have to complete this process next time you shop.
Q: Do I need a coupon to shop?
A: If you received a coupon as your referral to shop at the Care Center, then you will need to provide that coupon the first time that you shop. Note that you will need one coupon for each child that you shop for. You only need the coupon for the first time you shop. Any time after that child is in our system, you are welcome to shop for them once per month.
Q: Do I need to make an appointment?
A: No, you can come shop anytime during our store hours listed above. Please be aware of the few days during the year that we are closed for Holidays or special events.
Limit 10 items/per child/per month.
