Prayer

 

In the books of Acts, we learn that one of the priorities of the early church was prayer (Acts 2:42) - and we want to continue to uphold that same value today by providing accessible places where people can be prayed for, practice the disicpline of prayer, and understand prayer.

 

Therefore we encourage those in our church family to create space every day for indvidual times of prayer - simply voicing your praises, requests, and thoughts to God - both at designated times in an environment free from distraction and throughout the day as things come up.  We also encourage Brooksiders to join a LIFEgroup where they can pray for others they are in community with and know they are prayed for as well.
