How to Join a LIFEGroup

GroupLink Event - GroupLink is the primary way to get connected into a group. At the GroupLink Event we don't place you in a group - you choose your own. This is a two-hour event where you will meet and connect with others in your area of town and stage of life to start a LIFEgroup or be connected to one.

What is a LIFEgroup?

A LIFEgroup is a regular gathering of 8 to 12 people who meet in someone's home for fellowship, Bible study, and prayer. They are for adults of all ages, stages of life, and spiritual maturity.

Every day they continued to meet together in the temple courts. They broke bread in their homes and ate together with glad and sincere hearts, praising God and enjoying the favor of all the people. And the Lord added to their number daily those who were being saved. Acts 2:46-47

Why LIFEgroups?

We believe that a significant mark of success at Brookside is defined by how effectively our ministries move people from our large environments into small groups. We believe that small groups are the best place for sustained life change to occur. They are a place where real life and real issues are discussed. This is the environment where we celebrate the successes and good times of life, as well as support one another during the tough times. It is a place to be encouraged, equipped and challenged to become a fully devoted follower of Jesus Christ.

Our Goal

Our goal in the LIFEgroup ministry is to provide a predictable environment where people experience authentic community and spiritual growth; receive encouragement, partnership and ideas on how to build relational bridges to spiritually lost people God has put into our lives; and to cultivate communities on a mission of serving.
